tv not working

Is there anybody who can fix my sky box it is saying cannot connect to catch up

Well, to use catch up you will either need a router running a VPN, or a smart DNS service (whose details you can input directly into the box so no additional router required).
And of course good internet! And a Sky subscription for a Sky+, Sky+HD or SkyQ box.
But if you alraedy have these and it is not working, then contact your VPN / SDND service to help out..it may be that they are temporarily blocked.
