The vast majority will have air con but I think you need to rephrase your questions because as they stand they make little sense.

While most air cons will incorporate a clock for time and timing functions an air con itself does not know the difference between day and night so why would it need different motors for them?

What does "pre installation" mean?

Without understanding those two it makes the third question on cost unanswerable.

When houses/apartments were built ,you were offered the choice of having full a/c fitted or you can have the ducts and cabling installed so you could install at a later date ,  most on our urb  are like that .

Also if the cabling etc is there , you can select your own units [ go for inverter units as are more efficient and  cheaper to run ] from a reputable  manufacturer , the supplying dealer will usually recommend an installer  or will offer you a  package deal.

Do not buy  unknown or obscure brands as service or problems with spares, service filters etc  could turn into a nightmare a few years [ or sooner ] down the line …!!

I had air con fitted and supplied for around €800 and it appears to cost less than €2 per day to run most units have an economy mode purchased ours through a company called Euronics hope this helps

Q - Can anyone tell me if they have had Aircon fitted.

A - Yes. Be careful the type you select as they can be expensive to run. For the response where it costs less than 2€ per day, I would be very interested in the make and model and running hours you use it for. This amount of money seems really low for running AC. (Just to be clear - Not that I don't believe you!)

A - I would purchase an Air Source Heat Pump type as these typically give you 4kW output for every 1kW input, therefore making them the most efficient.

Q - Pre Installation

A - When the property is constructed then the installer will fit all the necessary ducting and supplies. The homeowner will have supply and extract vents in each room and not the typical AC unit which comes with most 'split-system' after build installations.

Q - Need the motors for day and night air conditioning

A - I do not understand this question, perhaps more clarity will assist in answering

Q - what is the cost for this ???

A - This will vary on the energy rating and capacity of the unit, the number of hours you run the unit and of course the charge per kWh that your provider charges you.

EDIT - Inverter units (as mentoned in another post) - These get hot so choose your install location wisely, preferably NOT in direct sunlight

Other option - I install a lot of ceiling fans. For night time I find these are less expensive to run, quiet, healthier. Note - lots of ceiling fans have the summer/winter switch on. When I get called to a fan 'not working' I usually find it is because the switch is in the wrong seasonal position

My mantra is "If you buy cheap then you buy twice" So bear this in mind when choosing a ceiling fan!

Hope that helps

Thank you for the reply and totally agree about cheap buy twice.     I understand that air conditioning is not cheap to buy depending on what you have to have and running cots can be expensive,I guess it's a luxuary item, but needed in hotter months.
