Rental advice

Hi and thanks in advance for any advice
Myself and my partner are moving to Spain in February 18 we love the Hondon valley area and want to rent for 6 months while we look for a property to buy but looking on the main sites there seem to be very few reasonably priced properties we just need a base really nothing too expensive and flash as we intend to buy as long as it's clean and in this area as we would like to get to know it better and experience the lifestyle etc
All advice on this will be great fully received
