That’s the link, but it is off a Spanish site, it should be easy enough to follow as Covid and certificate are almost the same in both languages

If you’re struggling open with Chrome and it will translate or use google translate.

Form requires

Date of Birth

SIp card number and issue date

Enter the letters to prove you’re not a robot

Click to get code sent to mobile

Enter code

Click left box to download double jabbed certificate

Hi, We got the certificate on our laptop  by using that site but the problem is that if we try to scan the QR code by our I Phone we only get letters and numbers about 10 lines long. So we doubt if the custom officer will accept this on the airport.

What do you think.

I had to use my laptop to get the certificate to download, but as it’s a pdf document I emailed it to myself and have now got the full document saved on my iPhone and ipad

OK, we have same. we put it from laptop to phone. Problem is still that when we scan or make a picture of the QR code we still get only 10 lines of numbers and letters. Do you think with THAT you can cross the border. it is in paper the official in spanish and english eu form, but the last sentence is is NOT a travel document...indeed it is not a pasport or identicard in that sense of a traveldocument, but WHAT IS IT THAN?

Is there anybody is this forum that crossed the border successfully with this certificate?

It is purely a document to say you’re fully vaccinated It is recognised by EU countries and other European countries such as Switzerland etc

The QR code is encrypted for protection

I am obviously missing something here or being more dense than usual. I have so far tried half a dozen times for both myself and my husband to obtain said certificate, using the form in 3 languages to see if I’ve make a mistake.

Every time after I have entered the sms code, there is nowhere and no field to say enviar, no box to the left or anywhere. All there is is a button below the sms code field which states consultar. Have in desperation tried this and each time it takes me back to the beginning, blank new form and presumably somewhere in the system a record of several failed attempts by an idiot Englishwoman! Have tried both Safari and an old windows laptop.

Any ideas anyone? Please?

Yes after you enter sms code you press consultar it takes you to the next screen which has three options for certificates.  As per screenshot. Not heard of anyone not getting to this stage

Click on the left hand as that’s the one if you’ve been double jabbed. one and your certificate will download

Beware the website doesn’t like iPad, iPhone or any Apple software. You need to use a laptop.

I’ve used Microsoft edge browser and not had a problem

How strange, how far back does the page take you to the sip input page or further back.

Initially they said the passport wouldn’t be available until 14 days after the final jab.

But we did ours the day after one of our second jabs and it worked.

Does this work

It’s not the EU Covid cert, but it’s a receipt to say you’ve had both vaccines.

As it follows the same process of entering your sip card and eventually getting a code to your phone I’m intrigued as to whether you can download it
