We intend to drive to our house in Javea as soon as we can . we intend to bring some of our appliances with us  . TV tools etc .

Wil I be stopped at the entry port Bilbao and have to pay duty on them , or will I be ok with the new agreement ?

Thank's in anticipation .

It is unlikely to apply duties and taxes on used household equipment. I'd recommend to set up and inventory stating an actual value of  +/- 40% off the purchase price. Have this inventiry stamped by the nearest Spanish Consulate. In Bilbao show proof of ownership of your Spanish home together with the inventory.to the Customs Officer.
