Hi all,

my name is Joscha and I just bought a Finca near to Javea. Would be great, if you could help out with the below question:

What security service like sector or securitas do you recommend to monitor your property ?

What services are mandatory ?

What are and the average cost of that service ?

Kind regards
Joscha

Don't mix up surveillance with alarm(systems). The latter mnake a lot of noise and can easily be tampered. Once squatters are inside (in lees than 2 minutes) they can only be evicted by means of a warrant. Better think of an adequate insurance to minimize loss of inventory.

Hi killjoy,

many thanks for your quick reply !

Yes, I totally agree about the need of an insurance and I do already have that.

However, I thought in addition it may make sense to invest into prevention  ...

I am looking for some related experience / advise

Kind regards

Joscha

Hello,

Did you get any advice on this at all? I was going to ask the same question. Securitas seem to get some really bad reviews but not sure what the best alternatives are.

Thanks,

Anna
