PURCHASING A MOTORHOME IVA FREE

Is it possible to set up a Spanish ltd company for renting Motor Homes, register for IVA and purchase a new/used Motor Home IVA free or claim a refund of the 21%.

All taxes and duties paid in relation with any commercial activity are deductible, also investments can be amortized - see any "asesor de empresas" who you will also need to take care of your books and tax matters. Setting up a company has it's pros and cons. Main con is the corporation tax "inmpuesto de sociedades" and related paperwork very closely and strictly watched by "Hacienda". I set up various businesses during my active life and it was quite simple.
