Log burner repair

I have a wood burner made and installed by Chimeneas HNOS. OLMOS Pilar de la Horadada, the electric fan has stopped working, I have tried to telephone but doesn’t seem to be connecting, maybe they are no longer there, PLEASE if anybody knows how I can get it repaired, could you let me know. Thank you very much.
