Long term rental

My wife and i are renting a winter let in quesada up until the end of March, we are then looking for a long term rental in either Queasda
or surrounding areas (excellent references)

Need help my parents currently live by the abbey pub and have just been told that there long term tenancy won't be renewed after 5 years so as of June there out they are looking for a place around same area 2/3 bedroomed
Any help please
