Have an apartment in La Mata. I am looking to use AirBNB and or Booking.com for the odd month. Could anyone recommend (preferably the one they use) any company which handles the changover for guests. Example, cleaning between guest stays and key handover/collection. Would need to be flexible regarding times due to late/early flights. Any ideas?
Hi we also have an apartment in La Mata and can highly recommend Carol Aram and her husband Jeff. They are our keyholders and will clean the apartment as often as you want. Initially we had a deep clean when first purchased but they will clean the apartment and change bedding and towels for guests arriving. They will meet with the keys and also can go to let in any workmen as required. I strongly recommend that you contact Carol for a chat and sort out your requirements.
