Hi,
There aren't any gyms that I know of in La Mata but plenty in Torrevieja if you Google you'll find the nearest to you.
Also if you run there is the fantastic parque natural on your doorstep. If you want more info on that just let me know:)

I do like walking so will find plenty of places for that I’m sure
I don’t hire a car when staying in La Mata so was hoping to find exercise classes, yoga , Pilates etc within walking distance but haven’t found anything so far. Please post on here if you find anything !

There is a shop that as been converted into a small gym,up the steps just before bar snoopy,you could try there
