Villas, if it is a new business venture would you really want to use it, you would need to make sure you had documentary evidence that you are here in Spain legally and registered with all the necessary authorities to be carried as fee paying passenger.

I´m not much help. As you may read above. I believe there are suitable taxis registered with golf "clubs" which have suitable registered taxis of that sort of size. (worth "googling" Costa Blanca
