Hi, does anyone have any views/experience on whether it is better to go for a Spanish or a UK company for this ie,  are Spanish companies cheaper/better, or vice versa? Im looking at this in relation to the new non fiscal visa requirements - thanks!

Hi All, we have just joined the forum! Hi pre Brexit we had no problem transferring money from our UK bank to our spanish bank but this month on 17th we transferred a sizable amount and as yet (7 days) it has not appeared in our spanish bank has anyone else had any problems please.

Hi, my name is Emma.

We are looking to move to La Zenia or Villamartin in the next two years. I will be moving with my husband and two Children who will be 17 and 19 yrs old. I will be 46 and my husband 61. We don't speak Spanish as yet.

My question is whether there are lots of other teanagers in these areas for them to meet friends?  and if not, where?

We want to be with lots of English and hopefully our two children will get jobs around the areas.

I have just discovered that on 2nd November my suma €180 went out of my account (no problem) but on the 4th November €1600 called SUMADIRECTO.EJEC went out but no one seems to know what it is. Can anyone enlighten me

Im probably in the same boat as lots of other people, as I am in UK but have a property in Spain, that I can't get to!

Just wondering about the implications of not paying my water, electricity and internet bills, until such time as I can actually get out to my property. Has anyone any experience of doing this? Im guessing they would probably hit me with huge reconnection fees (and possibly bills for the unpaid months!) at such time as I got them reconnected.

Hi does anybody know if there are any serviced flats/rooms in and around La Zenia/Cabo Riog please. Maybe an alternative to paying hotel rates whilst looking for holiday home. Many thanks. Jack
