We already own a property in Spain and we stay here as much as Brexit allows. We intend to move there from the UK.
At present we also own a property in the UK but we want to keep this for 1 year just to make sure that living in Spain permanently is for us.
When we sell the house in the UK after our settling down period of 1 year how much tax will we pay to Spanish authorities please??
