Renting in La Zenia for 3 weeks over Christmas. I am on my own and would like to come over for Christmas.

Hi there - We have a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse that is within walking distance to all amenities. It is free during this period. The house is in central La Zenia, directly opposite La Zenia Boulevard, a road away from Supermarkets and amenities of Los Dolses Commercial Centre. It is also walking distance to the Via Park II amenities and Paddy Point. It is in a lovely quiet side road. We charge 360 Euros per week in Xmas which is high season. I know the area well my sister has a place in La Zenia Beach. I could be interested situation is ideal just waiting on some others to reply. Would 1 months be classed as long term? it whatvis minimum long term?

Hi there - Yes, it is an ideal location for everyone. The house is vacant from 6 October to 4 February. The price we quoted is hugely discounted to 360 Euros per week, from 540 Euros per week for the Xmas period because we have a month rental booked in for February and have had to turn down all the people that want to stay 6 months.

We would charge less for long term one month in January that would be 600 Euros for that month as it is low season. 

My husband and I are considering a long term of up to 11 months on the property but we would have to make it pay because we easily get 600 Euros per week for 12 weeks in High Season. Therefore a long term let of more than 3 months March onwards would be around 600 Euros per month plus bills. 

As I say I do know the area but being retired I have limited funds. I am only trying to get the best deal. I understand your situation & I am hoping to make it more regular. My probs is I have a dog and don’t like to leave him longer than a month but if I get the right price I can pop back & see him!

Hi there - I have spoken to my husband and we have agreed to drop it to 300 per week during Xmas period December month. We are working on getting regular clients that come back again so we can do it on this basis, plus we understand you have a limited budget. The house is lovely it is newly refurbished for 2018 and everything is new, kitchen worktops, crockery, cutlery etc. It has English TV and WIFI. Let us know if this is good for you.

Hi there - Yes, this could work it works out at more than a month 4 weeks and 5 days to be precise, the price works out as follows:

12 Dec to 31 Dec (19 Days) - high season at special discounted price = @300 Euros per week (or 42.85 Euros daily rate) TOTAL = 814 Euros

1 - 14 January (14 Days) - low season at discounted price = @150 Euros per week = 300 Euros for 2 weeks (or 21.42 Euros daily rate) TOTAL = 300 Euros

TOTAL PRICE = 1114 Euros

Hi there - March is low season so we would be happy to do this for 150 Euros per week (to include St. Patricks Day which is generally higher) if you book with us for the December and January period. Do let us know. We offer discounts for clients that book regularly with us.
