My husband and I have recently moved into a new apartment and

Our Iberdrola electricity capacity is set at 5.75kw @ 0.135031€/kW day,

Is this the normal/ best rate? I have heard of a 3.45kw capacity would this be better

and if so how do I change over?

Any advice appreciated.

I have 5.75 and was considering the lower kw but was advised against it as depends on what appliances you have on on your electricity will trip.

Only two people in an apartment. Deffo only need 3.45kw tariff.

3 of us in a 3 bedroom house with aircon get by comfortably with 3.45kw

Hi

My electric bills for 2 bedroomed apartment were averagong 60euro per month. I swopped on 31aug to 3.5kw and changed to nightime tariff. My bill has just arrived for full month-electric is left on for fridge and we havent been there-26euros for month. 6euro was electricity and rest charges. Very happy with reduction

Hope this helps

Definitely go in to the Iberdrola office and get on the night / day tariff as it is less than half price from 1pm to 11pm in summer and 12noon to 10pm winter.
