Houses in Montebello

Hi,
we are looking to buy a holiday house in Spain and have seen one in Montebello. I was just wondering what the place is like and would you recommend it?

My parents brought a property off plan and lived there until last year.
For the last few years of living there, they periodically found leaks on the pipes supplying water. Sometimes to their swimming pool and sometimes to the house. The swimming pool leaks were very difficult to locate and involved taking up the tiles around their pool on one occasion. Some neighbours had experienced the same problems.
There are quite a few people who live on the urbanisation, so it is not deserted in winter.
The bar and cafe have been opened and closed many times as it is difficult to make a profit with the, So it's a trip to Quesada for everything you need, except a haircut. Russ the hairdresser has been their many years.
Paul Hollywood father lives there.
