We used Woof Airlines on Facebook all pets travel by air, more expensive but arriving the same day adds less stress.
I can send you a pm with details if required

We are moving from Ireland with our 4 dogs at the end of october and are going by ferry cork to santander and then doing the drive to alicante. The ferry has dog friendly cabins and the drive will only be a 7 hours drive. Dog passports are easy to arrange. I'm sure there are similar ferries from uk

Hi
We have just brought our 2 labradors to our villa near Pinoso from the uk - we stopped overnight twice at Bordeaux and Zaragoza without problem - they slept in our room and we walked them night and morning and when we stopped. They had the whole back of an air conditioned car with seats down and their bed on top - I have to say it was much easier than we thought BUT the best tip is use the tunnel so stay with them the whole time and a walk before means only in the car for about an hour - also there is a services immediately you arrive in Calais with an area for exercise and even a water bowl for them provided by the cafe outside by some benches in the shade of some trees - the whole thing was MUCH BETTER than we had imagined - best tip use the tunnel - good luck with your move
