If Im understanding you correctly I would think that's a bit like building a house in England and putting only 2 pin Spanish electric plugs sockets into the house.

It would cut down on any future buyers considerably. That's if the electrical regulations of the country would allow it, which I doubt.

However Im sure others will give you better advice.

Hello not sure what you mean can you put in 3 phase electric (3 pin)  You would have to have 3 pin for regulations as you must have an earth! as for three phase I think this will depend on area check with Iberdrola,  Can I ask why you would want three phase?  I was told when building in Spain you have to be careful re mixing commercial use and residential!

Someone who may be able to help with this is. Rob @ Don Aluminio Builders.

Thomas you have missed the point!

The sockets in your house have all three, earth neutral and power cables, in them already and are controlled by MCB´s (miniature circuit breakers).  All you have to do, in a new house, is change your plugs for European ones at minimum cost.   No need to rewire.

  GOT IT?

I think you need to edit your post ...I'm sure you don't mean "clothes" as you were talking about  electrical sockets??
