Hi, There are a couple of buses per day to and from airport - Santa Pola which costs approx 4 euro's each but timings would need to be checked with the bus company. See this link to search bus times

http://www.autocaresbaile.es/en/

but the bus will only get you to Santa Pola town (bus station) then you'll need another bus to the hotel or a taxi so by far the best and easiest option is a taxi from the airport, takes 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel and costs around 20 euros during the daytime.

Enjoy your stay...!

Thanks .. checked the bus times and there isn’t 1 until afternoon so doesn’t suit .. taxi best option I think .. seems very expensive to book online with companies for just a short distance roughly £80 return? Is it better to just get a taxi from the taxi rank and get the price from them before travel . Many thanks.

Hi, definitely just get a taxi when you arrive, no need to pre-book, lots of taxi's available.

When you come out of arrivals hall, (lower floor of airport) look slightly right and in front of you and you'll see exit doors and signs to taxi rank.

For your return trip to the airport, a bus might suit if timings work or take a card from the taxi driver and book it by phone the day before you need it, most taxi companies have someone that speaks English.

I've generally paid around 20 euros from airport to Santa Pola town during the day and 25-30 euros at midnight. Taxi's at the airport are all registered and prices are generally controlled so I've never needed to ask for a price beforehand. I'd say the cost to your hotel which is up the western end of Santa Pola near Playa Lisa would be 20-22 euros.
