Moved back to uk and have a problem...

Recently I moved back to the UK after working and living in Spain for 23yrs
Had a problem with changing Spanish pension to an online euro based account in GB
No monies recieved Hestor could not contact anyone by phone monies missing
Contacted Spanish Embassy in UK...Marvelous. Had video call next day. Problem resolved in 2wks plus missing pension. Excellent service
