Totally agree, yet another negative reply and not an answer to the op. This seems to happen to often on the forum.

Let’s stop all these negative comments and be more positive and get back down to earth. PS have you tried contacting your supplier or ask around your neighbours, checked your fuse board?

Try checking your meter, if you have exceeded your supply it will turn off. If so, press the button on the meter. It will be flashing and show the text "Puls"

Thank you, power was restored about 1.30 after 5 hours, good job had some big candles 🤗
