my mum lives in tormos, which is usually fab, not so with lockdown! Trying to find the doctors phonee number in tormos and not getting anywhere on intrenet, can anyone help?

To add to the helpful post by Antonio, tell your mum to have a look on the back of her SIP card. That will tell her which medical centre she's registered with, and what the telephone number is.
