Has anyone here used a company to process all the paperwork to get your property in Spain legal to rent out please?

One of our members on the Forum ( Davebev ) has posted a series of Guides covering all aspects of renting your property, the Forum Admin Team has grouped them together for ease of reference.

Davebev1's guides: Renting out your property as a holiday let in Spain

You could look around for Agents that handle Rental properties such as Sell-2-go in Torrevieja.

Thanks John, just wondering if anyone here has any *personal* experience of using companies to process the paperwork.

I know Abaco in Torrevieja, Spanish Solutions in La Zenia and PSI in Playa Flamenca all do them and have good reputations.

Thank you, I know Abaco doesn't do this any more, how recent is your knowledge that the other 2 do it please?

Abaco used to, sorry I wasn't aware they had stopped.  Ana at Spanish Solutions was doing licenses at the end of last year and I think it is Vicky at PSI who advises on them there.

Thank you, I'll look into those.  Very interested if anyone here has used them personally.  I always like to go by recommendations from personal experience.

Interesting that Abaco have stopped rental licences.  They were processing mine last March until I changed my mind about renting.  Wonder why they have stopped?  They seem to provide a comprehensive range of services.

Is there anyone here that legally rents out their property on the Costa Blanca, while living in the UK, and don't have keyholders, just cleaners?  If so, how do you do the 'check-in' please?

Also, is it possible to rent out the property while the application is being processed?
