Squatters broke into my house and the Guardia civil were informed within a few hours but they did nothing but offer the squatters assistance .
Most of my possessions have been stolen and sold .
I have been told not to return to my house, and that I will have to pay for their expenses.
Can I complain about the Guardia Civil treating me like a criminal?

Agree, it's imperative you say its a robbery, scumbags and i hope you get to a good conclusion, it's really not fair.

Use the Russian group who remove squatters and who advertise on Facebook. I would defy any body to tell them to go away.....

That is exactly the way to get them out fast
They appear at the door show them their weapons and tell them they got 10 minutes to get out
And conveyed in no uncertain means that you ignore at the direst of your peril
