There is a small craft shop on Calle Los Arcos in Quesada,  they may be able to help you find one .

Depends what you mean by ‘very good’? Does this mean a semi industrial heavy duty machine, such as a Pfaff, with all kinds of computerised facilities, or a reliable basic machine? For the former, you would probably need a specialised supplier, Valencia/Barcelona/ Madrid. For a more basic product, as has already been suggested, Carrefour and one or two of the other retailers sell inexpensive machines.

There is an excellent sewing machine shop that sell all machine including industrial, overlockers etc. in Dolores 

But if it’s just a basic  home use dressmaking type machine, then Carrefour, Al Campo  stock them throughout the year.

Lidl frequently have Singer machines  in the middle aisle and you can buy online from them.

I'm actually looking for a Janome because my sister recommended it. I have another off brand that was bought at Carrefour, I think, and it's awful. I will use the Janome for dressmaking, repairs, and crafts. So, just basic beginner sewing. 

A quick search reveals only about three Janome outlets in Spain, one of which is in Almeria if that helps. But I believe you could buy direct from them online if you look up janome.es

YES we have a Sewing machine that we were given when my Sister passed, It is a Singer 7462 with all the instructions.

Thank you, that's great. I asked my sister, who knows more about sewing machines than I do and will get an answer later today. What price are you asking? 

As it almost brand new AND is in pristine condition we think 50 euros is not too much. hope this is O.K.

My sister gives her ok, so I would like to try it out if possible.
