Difficulty in contacting Bankia in Urb. La Zenia

Having an apartment in La Zenia area, I originally opened my bank account with Cajamurcia, La Zenia over 10 years ago. The bank as you probably know has since changed to BMN and more recently to Bankia. Bankia has notified me that my account number has changed and to contact them. I have tried to telephone them but the initial response is a garble in Spanish that I can not understand. I do not speak Spanish and have requested contact with customer service but without success. I would appreciate if someone could kindly direct me with most appropriate telephone number or best alternative way of making contact. I am resident in Ireland at present. Thanks.
