Correct me if I'm wrong here as a non resident when we leave the EU. My IRNR yearly fees calculate as
Property valuation 2%of €100000=2000
Taxed at 24% = £480
Am I correct that on top of my suma charge and community charge I have to find €480

Jim’s guide on non-residents tax gives the info in full but the tax isn’t based on the full value of the property. It’s based on the catastral value.
If €100,000 is your catastral value then you may be right. I reckon that’s a €100 increase on what you’d pay as an EU resident.
I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong.
