Thanks for the info....you say you used a local card shop for the address...was this someone you know, or is it common practice for some shops to offer this service?

We have a post box with The Post Shop at Villamartin for all our mail and anything we order online saves having to wait in for deliveries, costs us €75 per year. The postal system/service here is an oxymoron as its neither a system or a service.

Hi thanks for the info. Can DDs be set up on the N26 standard acct? I've got Iberdrola, Naturgy and Hidraqua.

Yes no problem

Copied from N26 site the UK is not supported...................

You can open an N26 Smart bank account via the N26 app on your smartphone or the web app. You’re eligible if:

  • You’re at least 18 years old
  • You’re a resident of a supported country
  • You have a compatible smartphone
  • You don’t already have an account with us
  • You have a supported ID document, applicable to the country you’re resident in. Find further information here.

This post that was quoted has been deleted.

I am only stating what they request and they have closed accounts after Brexit as they dont support the UK anymore its in the link yourself provided:

"You’re a resident of a supported country"

I wish I was as I would use them but my post boxes aren't secure plus I am not a resident in Spain.
