We have a telephone connection through Telefonica.  Europa Network (past Round Town network) connect our internet through Telefonica for us.  We pay for 6meg a month which we never seem to achieve (more like 2-3) and more recently the service is really really slow and keeps on dropping out. You can never get through on the phone to Europa unless you press the option to pay a bill!!!!  Then they answer on the 2nd ring!!

They told us on Monday they can see we have a problem from their end and would arrange a call back by a technician.  No callback up to Thursday morning - rang again, promised another callback that afternoon - guess what no callback!! Rang again today Friday and promised another call back - Im still waiting and their office is now closed for christmas at 3pm!!!!

Can anybody recommend any other providers in Villamartin area that are any good and deliver what they say they are going to deliver, and have good customer service, or at least better customer service than Europa.

We are out of contract with Europa .

Any help would be appreciated.

Jilly

Unless you have a guarantee of 6meg then you only get up to as most subject to how far you are from the service and how many are on line at the same time as you. Europa pay Telefonica for a given amount of space and want to keep this down to as low as possible because if they buy more space they either lose profit or need to get more customers or charge you more for higher speed.

Sorry I'm not good at the technical bit but I hope you understand how internet provision works, as you know broadband is a lot more expensive and can't be compared to UK or other countries.
