ENGLISH TV CHANNELS AVAILABILITY

Hi All Have villa in villamartin, OLE are the internet/broadband suppliers under 30 Euros a month contract.
Can access internet and Netflix without a problem but can only get spanish channels, weirdly enough at ground floor (2 routers) we could only get spanish but at first floor we used to get limited english channels but no longer. we were told it was to do with the firefox no longer being supported by panasonic (TV Brand) but this seems unlikely.
Any one any ideas?
