We have recently purchased a property on Verdermar 1 and will shortly be having broadband with TV installed by TV Horadada. They have asked us to enable access to the telecommunications box when they visit. We are not aware of the existence of such a box here. Would anybody be able to advise??

Hi we also own on Verdemar 1 and we used the Same company for our fibre broadband they also asked us the same question about the telecommunications box we found out that this didn’t apply to us you only need to know where the telecommunications box is if you live in a block of flats or block of apartments, they connected to the telegraph pole across the street, hope this helps
