Does anyone know of a reliable airport transfer service?
Also is there a good bus/shuttle service from Alicante direct to villamartin?

No direct links. Bus to torrevieja and 25e taxi from torrevieja to Villamartin.
Would imagine waiting for buses etc it is a fairly lengthy journey.
You may get a private transfer contact via this site. In my experience if youre here for less than a week hire car at Alicante is cheaper than transfers
