Hi Carry,
If your second vaccination was administered more than 270 days ago, you must have had a booster jab at least 14 days before entering Spain. That said, Spain changed its rules yesterday regarding the Covid recovery certificates - these are now acceptable again for travel, e.g. if your second vaccination is more than 270 days old and you haven't been able to get a booster jab because you've contracted Covid, you can now use a Covid recovery certificate to enter Spain.
Kind regards,
Kim

Does anyone know if you can you go to Spain unvaccinated but with negative PCR tests?
I'm asking for a friends friend.

Not if your friend’s friend is coming from the U.K.. They need to be vaccinated I’m afraid.

Take a look at the UK Government website, link above. It gives detailed information on entry into Spain for vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers.
