Hi does anyone know the easiest way to change names on a log book as I have bought my friends car in spain but he doesn't come to spain no more .so I could I do it myself with his permission to change it over rgds Gram

There isn't an easy way!
You need the purchase contract, permiso and tarjeta.
Then you go to the tax office and pay the transfer tax.
Then you go to Trafico, pay their fee and do the deed.
