Interesting item in the money section of the Daily Mail today.
Basically there is a little known outfit called UKECC ( European Consumer Center) that has a remit to allow consumers to pursue gripes with companies from other EU countries.
The article concerned Goldcar in Spain, the customer got the refund they were due after having been stoned walled by Goldstar.
