I see that there is not free days already until next 25 of march. You can go without book it in and what for your turn.

I've just had a look, and you could make an appointment at Pilar de la Horadada for March 13th.
The test station is just within the Valencian Community, and not in Murcia, so the ITV would include the mandatory sound test.
