I will coming to villa martin the end of August what is cheapest to hire a car with full tank and bring back full or pick up full and bring back empty

Always go full to full. It looks the more expensive option but you get shafted on admin costs with return empty option
Holiday Autos and Rental Cars always has a box to filter the results for full full
