Hello

I bought a house in Villamartin, last year Nov 2018.  My idea is to Live in England 5-6 months a year over the summer period and live in

Spain over the winter period hopefully next year starting.

I was born in Germany in 1968, my mother is German she lives in England, my father was British.

I lived in Germany for only 2 years because my dad was in the Army and i have lived in England all my life.

I am just wondering would I be entitled to NHS Health Care in Spain once Britain leave the EU, due to me being born in Germany, I have

never enquired about dual nationality.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Jaki

I'm afraid not. You're only entitled to state health care in Spain if DWP in Newcastle will issue you with a form S1 to enable this, and they'll only do that if you're old enough to be receiving the state retirement pension.
