Cancelled flights

Good morning.
Don’t know if anyone can help with a situation that’s not our fault.
Have 2 tickets booked to go to Fort Lauderdale in November with United airways from a Gatwick but they
have cancelled the route so have had to accept an an alternative with Norwegian airways
not a problem but it lands in Miami and the cruise we have booked departure is in Fort Lauderdale.
So we have to pay for transfers to Fort Lauderdale from Miami and return which isn’t cheap
who’s responsible for thes extra costs us or the airline
