I had my outside space completely tiled for which I obtained a license my question is do I need a license to update internally. I did as Jim suggest search the forum but to no avail regards Nothgiel

I got the relevant permission from the community but just like to keep the place legal and I will also be updating the kitchen early next year so any info is a help thanks for your reply

As Kim says, strictly speaking you should ask the town hall if they want you to apply for a minor works license. However, if it's internal and you don't want to make any structural alterations, then I'm sure you needn't bother. But I wouldn't have any pallets of materials outside the house where a passing local policeman could spot them.

A decent skip company will charge 1 euro per day for the license so you don't have to do it yourself.
