Wanting to fit a air con meter anyone know a company that does this in and around the VillaMartin area.

If you are renting out it is worth looking instead at the Ecosense range of products that limit the temperature range and speed plus turn the units off when a room is vacant. Saves massively on the wear and tear of the unit and on the electricity bill. If you decide to go for pay-to-use air con then you need to make that very clear as an extra in your ads.
