Hi

I have a house in Villamartin And live in UK. I wondered if anyone can recommend a property management company that they use.  I have been renting out for over a year now and have all the tourist licence and paperwork taxes all sorted.  My current Company advertise my property through booking.com who charge 15% and then the property management company charge a further 15% along with an annual fee.  I always have to chase them to pay me and have to chase them to see what bookings I have as can’t seem vIew an availability Calendar in booking.com.

Any recommendations welcome.

thanks frances

I have no personal experience but Fincas Inland get a lot of recommendations on the forum and they advertise down the right hand side. Nicola, the owner, (French Martini on here) is a regular contributor to this forum.

Hi

Jule @ Torreclean looks after my place. She doesn't do bookings for me (although I believe she does for others) but she keyholds, cleans and welcomes my friends when they arrive.

She is very adaptable, thoroughly reliable and the cleaning standard is amazing. Also incredibly good value for money!

Good luck

Hello,

I have a house in Rioja, Villamartin. I have just rented with a company called OCC up on the strip near La Fuente for the past year. DON'T USE THEM. They were hopeless for renting and ripped me off, may be great for selling I don't know? I have just moved to another property on the same strip opposite La Fuente called Property Rentals. Early indications are much more promising, they seem much more professional and honest. I would recommend them, although it is early for me but there attitude is spot on. Good luck.

We used OCC for selling our old property and at a later date buying a new one and on both occasions have found they provide an excellent service and would definately recommend them.

As I think I previously said they may be ok for buying and selling but for renting for me they were a disaster and frankly borderline dishonest. Good luck to you but I think the enquiry was originally asking about someone renting their property for which my experience with OCC was very, very bad

Ps. If you are in any doubt read their reviews on line. Great for buying and selling, very bad for renting. I wonder why that may be? Could it be to do with the amount of commission earned from buying/selling as opposed to renting? I wonder.
