Hi
Does anyone know where I would be able to get a shelf to sit above the fruit and veg basket at bottom of fridge-doesn’t need to be new!

It's very unlikely that anyone will stock such items.
I'd have a look at the manufacturer's website and see if they supply spares direct, or nominate local agents. Otherwise you'd have to ask e.g. Tien21 if they could get one for you.
You could also try your local council's waste disposal site - it's just possible they might have a pile of fridges waiting to be de-gassed before disposal.
