As anyone been to the Prop office in Torrevieja to collect a Clave Permanente for exchanging UK driving licenses.
If so what did you do and what do you need to take with you.

Have a look at the N332 Facebook page posted yesterday as it gives full details of the procedure (as far as it is known at present). Their website and Facebook pages are run in conjunction with officers of the Guardia Civil for English speaking people and deal with anything to do with driving in Spain as Trafico is part of the Guardia Civil set up.

A clave (or cl@ve as they usually put it) is for doing things online. You can't exchange your UK driving licence online and have to make an appointment at trafico. Would suggest either Alicante or Elche. You can do this by ringing 062 or using the DGT website to make one.

Sorry, are you talking of changing a UK driving licence for a Spanish one? This only took effect from today. Did you go to trafico to exchange the licence? They will only do it if you have a cita previa (prior appointment) and you don't need a clave for that.

I went to office that are doing exchanging driving licenses and they told me to go to prop office and get clave Permanente so I’m off today.
