Hi does anyone know if duty free is open at manchester airport and Alicante Airport?

It might be "Duty Free " but it certainly is not profit free, why would you , the airport shops are designed to catch you when you are most vunerable ...ie in " holiday mood "...!!

Alicante airport duty free was open yesterday ( just no samples or testers to try). Staff waiting to spray you with gel and gloves if you want to touch anything. Don’t know about Manchester but Gatwick duty free is also open.
