Autos Direct in San Miguel do a pre ITV check and will book appointment and take your car to the ITV testing Station, I think there is one near Torrie ( but don't quote me) the cost when we had it done was €99.

I don't think it's quite as simple as it is in UK where you can just book your car in with the nearest MOT garage.

My understanding is garages here don't do ITV'S they can only be done by ITV centres.

I put Margaret's car through its ITV last week, having first checked all lights, tyres and fluids. Cost was €44.

Whatever you do, make a prior appointment otherwise you could be waiting your turn for three hours.

I did it online.

For you it would be one of the list here, as I don't think there's one at Dénia:

Hi.      You can pay someone to do a pre ITV check and take it for you.  Will add 30 to 40 euros to the cost.  They do expect you to drive your own car through the test so you need to speak some Spanish.  I take mine but take a friend who understands the requests lol.       We are both female and do play the dizzy blonde card and end up laughing with the young mechanic.  I am 63 and anything but a dizzy blond more like a devious diva
