Anyone else noticed the 2e per month charge which has sneaked on to the electricity bills recently?
Emergency Response? Insurance apparently
Anyone done anything about. Didn't ask for it and don't need it

Optional emergency call out service. Totally unnecessary as mines a lock and leave.
Sent them an email asking how to cancel it.

Go a response from Iberdrola on Twitter. Just send your details and they will stop it.
I'm back over in 3 weeks for the Summer , may nip into the shop in La Zenia

Hi Just checked all my bills for last 12 months other than consumption everything else is exactly the same to the cent, could it be down to where your property is? i would most certainly query this

Not in the Blvd. It's on the block opposite side of the road to the Lidl and Pet Shop
