We would be more than happy to quote for the service you require.

Our company (Protek) caters for this service which incudes key holding, cleaning and laundry but also home maintenance should this at anytime be required.

We charge a set fee of 70€ per visit which includes cleaning, change of bed lining/towels and hand over of keys.

We purchased an apartment in Villamartin this year. We researched many of the agents around the area and decided to go with Jim and Julie Towns. The best decision we could have made, they have been brilliant in looking after our property. As an added bonus their rates are very competitive. Their annual key holding fee is 50 Euros and its the same charge for a cleaning visit.

They will also visit your property if you require on an ad hoc or regular basis. They are very flexible and happy to help in any way they can. They have sorted out a number of problems at our apartment in our absence.
