Anyone who has lived here for a few years knows that the postal service offered by Correos couldn't even be considered as third world class. This year they surpassed themselves. We received no mail in December or up to the 11th of January,  on that day I visited their office and officially  complained about their pathetic service. What a surprise,  within 24hrs all of our xmas mail was delivered to our community post box. I wonder where and why they had been hoarding it and what would have happened if I hadn't complained.

Don't get me started on Correos, I get the screaming hap dabs just thinking about this excuse of a company.

Let's hope they are not charged with delivering the Appointments for the Covid vaccinations, does not bear thinking about.

Hi Trevor,

you might want to make some allowances for the impact of covid19 on the Correos workforce. Here in the UK mail sent via Royal Mail has been very unpredictable, turns out they have a significant number of staff either suffering from a covid infection or self-isolating. Add this in with the usual Xmas surge in mail it is perhaps understandable that delivery timeframes will be longer.

Until 2 years ago we had no problem whatsoever getting our mail, but the last 2 years everything has gone to pot, so Covid cannot be blamed for their none existent service our problems started well before Covid.
