I’m coming to my mother in laws place in Villa Martin at the end of March and will be my first visit since turning Vegan.

Does anyone know of any Vegan Friendly places to eat they can recommend?

Happy Cow is a good resource for veggie/vegan places... I use it a lot when travelling and in the UK.  There are more and more vegan options here in Spain and lots of vegan food available in the supermarkets! :-)

The Hens Teeth in the Plaza usually have a number of vegan options - closed at the moment for a refurb, but due to reopen early March

Be aware that the Spanish appear to regard Tuna and sometimes chicken as vegetables so don't be surprised when they appear in a salad or a vegetable sandwich.

Yes! Sandwich vegetal.. With that well known vegetable - tuna! Also tuna in Russian salad etc however Russian salad not vegan.  You can get vegan mayo - Musa mayo in the squeezy bottle sin huevos clearly marked.. So many vegan products now in Mercadona, Consum etc :-)
